6-8 oz softened Mascarpone cheese
16oz softened cream cheese
1/2c powdered sugar
2-3T sour cream
2 cups dried fruit

Ginger Snaps
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses then add powdered sugar and sour cream then dried fruit. Line a cereal bowl with cellophane paper and ut cheese ball inside cover with more paper and chill. Garnish with dried fruit

Serve with Ginger Snaps
