1 tsp crush red pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander
1- 15 oz can undrained black beans
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' crush red pepper in olive oil. Add heavy cream, chicken broth and the pumpkin. Stir until well blended. Whisk in the brown sugar, cumin,chili powder and coriander. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add the black beans and the cheddar cheese. Rewarm over low heat whisking occasionally. Serve with dollops of sour cream.
