Directions:

Remove a total of 4 cups from your starter (3 cups to give to friends and 1 cup for you). Add the following to the remainder of the mixture and stir well (you can add any other ingredients you desire at this point).

2/3 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Pour into 2 well greased and sugared loaf pans and bake at 350º for 50 minutes. If bread starts browning before completely done, cover top of bread with foil. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. (I use a mixture of sugar and cinnamon to sugar coat my pans.)

Personal Notes:
This was always one of the boys' and their dad's favorite breads I would make. It is never ending but lots of fun to experiment with and to share.
