Three and one-half - 4 pound boneless chuck roast
1/2 cup soy sauce
1-2 beef bouillon cubes
1 bay leaf
3-4 peppercorns
1 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)
1 tsp. dried thyme
1-2 tsp. garlic powder
12 french rolls split

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot
Combine soy sauce and all other ingredients and pour over roast.
Add water until roast is almost covered and cook on LOW for 7 hours or until 'tear apart' tender.
You can remove the roast to shred or shred in crock pot.
Serve roast on the french rolls, putting broth over the bread or on the side.
