2-3 tbsp margarine, divided
12 oz sliced mushrooms
1 c mayo
1 c parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, diced
1 Baguette
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 tbsp. butter in skillet. Sautee mushrooms and diced onions and set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients (except remaining butter!) in bowl and gently fold in mushrooms and onions. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Slice baguette into 1/2" slices. Spread remaining butter on top. Spoon heaping teaspoons of mushroom mixture on top and place on greased cookie sheet.

Broil 3 minutes or until bruschetta tops are browned.
