Mop Sauce

1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
2 cups apple cider
2 bay leaves
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 cup BBQ Rub, recipe follows

Rub

1/4 c. paprika
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. celery salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients for the rub and mix well. Liberally rub the ribs on both sides with the mixture. Wrap each rib in plastic wrap then aluminum foil and let marinate for at least 4 hours, but over night is best.

Place ribs in the smoker and baste with mop sauce after 30 minutes, basting every 20-30 minutes.
