⅓ cup light tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 TBSP finely chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Put the tahini, lemon juice, garlic and parsley or cilantro in a small saucepan with the water, and add a little salt and ground black pepper to season. Cook gently until smooth and heated through.
