1 large onion, chopped
2 cans chicken breast with juice
1 small can diced green chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
32 oz. box chicken broth
3 cans northern beans, drained and rinsed
2 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion in bottom of crock pot. Put chicken on top.

Add green chiles, taco seasoning, chicken broth and beans. Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Add cream chees and cook on LOW for 1 more hour.

Add shredded cheese and stir until cheese melts, If cheese doesn't melt all the way, cover for 5 to 10 minutes more.

Personal Notes:
May use chicken breasts. Increase cooking time from 2 hours to 5 to 6 hours. You will need to shred the chicken before adding the cream cheese.

May also substitute other cheese varieties such as Mexican.
