1/4c plus 1T cocoa
1/2c sugar
dash salt
1/3c hot water
1 quart milk
3/4t vanilla

for Single Serving
1 heaping t cocoa
1 heaping t sugar
dash salt
milk
Directions:
Directions:
combine dry ingredients in sauce pan, blend in water.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes

Add milk, stir and heat. Do not boil. Remove from eat add vanilla

For single serving:
Combine in cup cocoa, sugar and salt. Add 2T cold milk and stir until smooth. Fill cup with hot milk stir and serve
