8 eggs
8 cups milk
1. cup brown sugar
4 cups uncooked minute rice
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond
1 cup dried cherries or raisins

May add cinnamon or 1/2 cup white sugar if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl whisk eggs then add about 1/2 of the milk. Pour into slow cooker. Add rest of milk and remaining ingredients.

Cook on high for about 2 hours.

May substitute 2 cups half and half or 1 cup whipping cream. Reduce milk by the same amount.
