2c finely grated mild cheddar cheese
1/4-1/2c grated opinion puree
1/2c chopped pecans
1/2t cayenne pepper
garlic powder or minced garlic
1c mayo
Smuckers low sugar strawberry jam
Wavily crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in ring mold sprayed with Pam, refrigerate over night

Place cheese ring in serving dish, put jam in center and serve with crackers
