4 large Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced with skins
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup onion, diced finely
6 thick slices bacon, diced and fried lightly
2 T. flour
2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 T. dried Parsley
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a sprayed 8X8 inch baking dish, layer ½ potatoes, ½ cup cheese, ¼ cup onion, ½ bacon and 1 T. flour.
Layer with rest of potatoes, cheese, onion, bacon, flour, 2 T. Parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Pour milk around the edges and on top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour covered and ½ hour uncovered or until potatoes tender. Serves 4 to 6.
