Notes: When I was a little girl, we'd drive to Malad, Idaho, every other year and visit my Great-Grandpa Lewis and Grandma Nana. We'd sleep in comfortable beds in the basement and wake to Grandma Nana making her "hotcakes" with home-made jam and jarred peaches. Then we'd spend the day playing pool, messing around on the organ and playing croquet in the backyard. I've searched for years for the best pancake recipe and this is it! It is my tribute to amazing memories with my great-grandparents.
