6 oz lime jello
1 c boiling water (can be heated in microwave.)
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
1 pkg chocolate covered graham cracker cookies (freeze prior to using)

Directions:
Set your ice cream out to thaw, when mostly thawed add the lime jello that has been mixed with 1 c of boiling water. Stir thoroughly.
Crush the frozen graham cracker cookies and put 1/2 of them in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Then slowly add the ice cream mixture.
Top with the remaining crushed graham cookie crumbs
Refrigerate at least 4 hrs for jello/icecream mixture to set.
