1 cups sifted flour
tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
cup softened butter
cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. maple flavoring
Pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat egg and egg yolk together well. Add to butter mixture. Blend in vanilla and maple flavoring. Add dry ingredients gradually and mix thoroughly. Place pecan halves in groups of three on greased cookie sheet. Drop dough ball on pecan groups and bake.
