1 cup butter
cup sugar
3 egg yolks
10 finely chopped almonds
teaspoon almond extract
cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Blend in the eggs, almonds and extract. Add flour and mix. Put into cookie press and press onto un-greased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes.
