1 can cherries
1½ Tbsps quick tapioca
⅔ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Line pie pan with pastry crust
Cut pastry in strips for lattice

Drain the cherries and reserve the juice
Combine 1 cup cherry juice with tapioca, sugar and salt
Mix and boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Arrange cherries in the pie pan.
Pour the thickened cherry juice over.
Create lattice with pastry strips

Bake 30 minutes
