1 lb lean ground beef
3 cups chopped pepper (frozen peppers work or frozen peppers and onions)
2 cans Italian diced tomatoes ( 14-½ ozs each)
2 cups water
1 can tomato paste ( 6oz )
8 tbs shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup uncooked instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large nonstick saucepan coated with Pam, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink;drain.
Add green pepper; cook and stir 3 minutes longer. Stir in the diced tomatoes 🍅,water, tomato paste, 2 tbls Parmesan cheese and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Remove from the heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
