1 Large applesauce
1/2 c. sherry (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Salt 7 Pepper

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a crockpot with chops on top. Cook on low all day or about 5 -6 hours
