2 cups flour
2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*, lightly grease a loaf pan (9" x 5"). Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar, and then add eggs, one at a time. In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Gently fold in cranberries, and then pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes. Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
