1 c. Crisco
1 c. creamy peanut butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
2 c. rice cereal
1½ c. chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. quick oats
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Drop onto cookie sheet, flatten with fork.

Bake 375º. 7-8 minutes
