1 bunch baby spinach, washed and stemmed
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup raisins, boiled and cooled (optional)

Directions:

Pat dry spinach leaves with a paper towel. Divide all ingredients into 4 parts each. In a medium/large serving bowl layer 1/4 of each ingredient in this order: spinach, celery, sliced strawberries, sliced eggs, bacon, almonds, raisins and Parmesan cheese. Repeat until 4 layers fill bowl.
