5-6 chopped cucumbers
4-5 chopped tomatoes
1 lg. red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. cilantro
1-5 Jalapeño peppers
¼ c. white wine vinegar or ½ c. red wine vinegar
1 sm. pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
¼ tsp. sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped veggies in bowl (or chop in food processor). Whisk dressing mix, sugar, and vinegar and pour over chopped veggies and stir well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
