1 large jar of sauerkraut
1 bay leaf
package bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in fine pieces, add onion when bacon almost finished browning. Squeeze sauerkraut removing excess liquid, then put in casserole dish, add 1 cup water and bay leaf, then sprinkle bacon and onions, including bacon grease, adds more flavour!, cover and bake for one hour on 350F stirring occasionally to make sure not burning. Eat!
