3 quarts water
1 chicken bouillon
1 small onion
3 bay leaves
1 potato cubed

Directions:
Cook for half an hour.
While cooking prepare small meatballs.

1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp flour
¼ small onion grated

3 medium potatoes
1 medium carrot (diced)
Fine egg noodles

Remove onion from broth and add meatballs (unfried) to broth. Add 3 medium peeled and cubed potatoes along with carrots. Cook til potatoes are done. Add fine noodles and small bunch of parsley cook another 5-10 minutes until noodles are done.
