2 cups flour
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, eggs and salt in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Add flour, whisking continuously. Hold the bowl over a large pot of boiling water and slice pieces of dough (your preference on size; I usually go small and thin) into the boiling water. Boil noodles for 5-10 minutes (depending on thickness of the noodle). Drain. Serve with butter and a little parmesan cheese (optional) or just top with gravy.
