3 cups elbow noodles
Block of cheese (450 g)
4 tbsp butter
2 cups milk
Salt & Pepper
Crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese. Cook noodles.
Brush bottom of 9x13 pan with butter, then layer half noodles, tuck butter into corners of dish, or can be melted and sprinkled over layer then cheese. Salt and pepper. Add another layer of noodles and a little more butter, cheese. Gently push noodles aside at edges and add milk, should come up to about half way in the dish. Put crushed cornflakes over top of cheese.
Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour. If you like toasted cornflakes remove cover for the last 10 minutes and turn oven up to 400F to brown up.
