1 cup butter
16 ounces unsweetend chocolate
1½ plus 2 Tbsps flour - sift before measuring
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Fudge Frosting if desired

Preheat oven to 375º
Grease 9 x 13 pan

Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan, stirring occasionally, then cool.
Sift dry ingredients
Beat eggs, and gradually add sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla and the cooled chocolate mixture.
Thoroughly blend in dry ingredients, then nuts.
Spoon batter into pan

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool thoroughly and cut into squares

Frost if desired
