Dough:
5 c. flour, sifted
2½ tsp. baking powder
1½ sticks margarine
½ c. oil
1½ c. cold water

Filling: (cut everything into ½-¾" cubes)
1½ lb. round steak
¼ peeled rutabaga
5 lg. potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for the dough and cover the bowl until ready to use.
Split the dough into 7 sections. Roll one section into a circle. Put a large spoon full of the meat filling on half of the circle of dough. Top the meat filling with salt and pepper and a dab of margarine (maybe ½ tsp. amount). Flip the other half of the dough over the filling. Crimp around the edge of the dough. Poke the top of the dough with a fork.

Bake on a cookie sheet for 350º F. for a total of 1 hour
(I usually bake ½ hour on top rack and then rotate and cook on the bottom rack for ½ hour).
Enjoy. We serve with ketchup.
