½ pound butter
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

2¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla and blend well.

Sift the dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture

Add the chocolate bits, raisins and nuts

Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets'
Bake 7 minutes
