3 - 5 lb. beef roast (I usually buy what's on sale)
1 pkg. Zesty Italian Dressing
1 can beef broth
1 jar drained Pepperchini
1 jar Giardiniera

Cook in crock pot 10 hours and shred the beef. Serve on Italian Rolls.
