¼ cup butter
1½ cups sugar
2 well beaten eggs
2½ cups sifted flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Grease baking sheets

Cream butter and sugar.
Add well beaten eggs and beat until mixture is light.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda and add to creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream.
Mix well and flavor with nutmeg.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, placing several inches apart.

Bake for 12 - 15 minutes
