1 c. all-purpose flour
tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
c. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
c. butter or margarine
c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vanilla
c. toasted wheat germ

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter and peanut butter 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat until well-combined. Shape dough into two 6" rolls; roll in wheat germ to cover outside of rolls. Wrap; chill thoroughly. Cut into " slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 F. oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove to rack; cool.
