1 large tomato diced
1 onion diced
2 tomatillos diced (optional)
1 small chile of your choice (jalapeno, serrano, etc) chopped, seeded is optional
1 garlic clove chopped
1/4 cup cilantro minced
1 lime juiced (I always add more)
1 1/2 cup cooked black beans or one 14 oz can drained
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder or other chili type powder (chipotle)

Directions:

combine all ingredients, taste before serving to adjust spices and heat factor. Best if made day before, keep in fridge, serve with corn chips or use with many types of Mexican dishes.
