Ingredients:  
2 lbs ground chuck
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
cup chopped onions
cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt or Lawry seasoned salt
1 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
and enough milk (I use evaporated milk) to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients thoroughly,
Put into 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf shallow baking pan
Bake for 1 hour ( in the last hour I pour a little ketchup on top of the meat) finish baking
