Ingredients:  
1 cup bitter orange juice
(1/4 cup lime, cup orange, cup grapefruit, cup vinegar)
tsp ground black pepper
tsp allspice
tsp salt
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves
1 banana pepper or jalapeno , charred

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix juice, pepper, allspice, and salt. Stir in the onions and the bay leaves. Add the charred pepper to the onion mix and toss. Marinate at room temp for 30 minutes to two hours and then cover and store in the refrigerator.
Will keep for a week.
