12 egg separated
1 Qt heavy cream
1 Qt milk
1 C sugar
1 to 2 C Kentucky Bourbon or rum
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla (if not using liquor)

Directions:
Directions:
Plan and make at least 4 days ahead of your event.

Beat egg yolks together with 1/2 of the sugar until light, add bourbon
Whip egg whites with the other 1/2 of sugar and fold alternating with
whip cream into egg yolk mixture
Whip cream and fold alternating with egg whites fold into yolk mixture.

Each morning and evening add 1/2 C milk and stir mixture.

Each day you will notice that the nog will turn a little deeper yellow
