Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cups fresh vegetables (carrots, broccoli, red pepper, spring onions, mushrooms)
1 cup boiled penne
1 tablespoon raisins
1 bunch finely cut coriander leaves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
1 teaspoon finely cut garlic
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

1. Wash and cut all vegetables
2. Heat oil, add finely cut garlic and stir fry all the above ingredients
3. Add boiled penne, finely cut coriander, raisins, tamarind, peanut butter, hot sauce and toss.
