1 cup rice
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup crushed pineapple pieces
strands of saffron soaked in milk for an hour
cup raisins and cashew pieces or dry fruit of your choice
teaspoon nutmeg powder
cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice until soft with pineapple juice and coconut milk
2. Lastly add condensed milk, nutmeg and saffron, crushed pineapple and garnish with dry fruits of your choice
3. Serve cool or hot depending on the season
