1/2 cups butter 2 cups sharp Cheddar,grated 3 cups flour red pepper to taste salt to taste 1/2 cup peacan,chopped (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese. Add flour, pepper, salt, pecans and mix well.Form into small balls and wrap in foil.Refrigerate until firm enough to slice.Bake at 350*F.for 10 to 15 minutes-watch closely.These may be frozen in the roll.need
