Ingredients:  
1 can tuna packed in olive oil, drained
1 can pinto or white beans, drained
cup chopped celery
cup chopped green onions
1 large garlic clove, minced
tsp salt
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
sprinkle of red chili flakes
fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl make the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, red chili flakes, pepper, and salt. Combine tuna, celery, beans, and green onions. Toss with dressing. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
