1 c. Uncooked rice
2 packages (6 oz each) king crab meat
2 t. butter
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/8 t. worchestire sauce

Preheated 350 º

Buttered shallow baking dish, 2 quarts

Cook rice.

Drain crab meat well flake. In a large skillet melt butter; saute celery, green onion, and onion 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in soup, cheese, yogurt, and worchestire sauce. Layer rice and crab meat in baking sheet; pour sauce over all.

30 minutes. 6-8 servingsº
