15 oz. can well-rinsed black-eyed peas, 10 oz. package frozen shoepeg corn cooked and cooled, peeled and diced large yellow onion, 1 seeded and diced large green pepper, 2 chopped tomatoes, cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp. garlic powder (more or less to taste), 6 oz. Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night. Serve with corn chips.
