Ingredients:
2 c. whipping cream (no substitutes)
c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put metal bowl in clean sink. Fill with ice. Fill rest of way with cold water. Put whipping attachment in bowl also. Let sit for several minutes.
When very cold, empty. Add heavy whipping cream. Add powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Whip on high for several minutes until stiff white peaks form. If you do not whip long enough, it will get too liquidy. If whipped too long it will turn into butter and have yellow tinge.
Store in refrigerator.

Can make low-carb treat out of this by substituting Stevia for powdered sugar.
*This is hard to make and keep on very hot humid days.
