Ingredients:  
2 c finely chopped cooked spinach
1 c grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
dash of nutmeg
salt & pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp fine bread crumbs
3 strips bacon, cut in 1" pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients put in buttered casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs and arrange pieces of bacon on top.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes then place under broiler to brown top.
