1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 lg. can diced tomatoes
1 - 12oz can tomato sauce
1 glassful of red wine
9 baby carrots
2 stalks celery
onion
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 glassful of milk
garlic salt
red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mince and saute carrots, celery and onion in olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and red pepper flakes. Add meats. When cooked, add wine. Cool down and add milk. When liquid is gone, add salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
