Brownies:

c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 (16 oz) can of Hershey's syrup
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)


Fudge Frosting:

3 c. powdered sugar
c. butter, melted
4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a 10x15" pan.
Cream sugar and butter together.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Add vanilla and flour. Mix well.
Add Hershey's syrup. Mix. Add nuts, if desired.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Fudge Frosting:
Bring to a boil butter, cocoa, and 1 Tbsp. of milk.
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, and add cocoa mixture. Stir well.
Add vanilla and the remaining 3 Tbsp. of milk. Stir well.
Spread over cooled brownies.
