4 cups cherry tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, thick sliced
cup olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried basil
tsp red chili flakes
fresh ground pepper to taste
lb shell pasta, medium sized
cup grated Parmesan
2 oz crumbled goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, stem, and dry cherry tomatoes. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. sprinkle garlic pieces randomly between the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on pepper, garlic salt, dried basil, and red chili flakes. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hours or until nicely browned. Cook and drain pasta. In a large serving bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, and Parmesan. Top with crumbled goat cheese and serve hot.
