Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
2 TBSP unsalted butter

1 cup pecans (I use 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup pecans and pound them)
1/2 c flax seed (I use flax/chia seed combo)
1 cup cranberries or craisins (I do not use this, because there is sugar in them, instead I use Red Mill dried blueberries and dried cherries with not surgar...have to order online, because these are already dried, I add after baking).
