1 pd sausage. browned & crumbled
1 pd bacon, cooked & crumbled
9 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
1 10.75 oz cream of cheddar soup
1 1/2 C milk
1 15.5 oz navy beans
4 green onions, minced
4 oz diced green chilies, drained
1 C shredded cheddar
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
The night before, in slow cooker, combine sausage, bacon, eggs, both soups, milk, beans, onions, chilies & cheese. Mix well & season to taste. Set cooker to low & cook for 3-5 hours. Serve with crumbled crackers or over hash browns.
